CompliancePulse collects only the information needed to run scanner workflows, generate evidence reports, and follow up with people who request reports.
Information we collect
- Email address submitted through the scanner report form.
- Submitted website URL and generated report metadata.
- Basic technical metadata such as timestamp, user agent, and IP address for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- Generate and store scanner evidence reports.
- Send requested follow-up email about the report and product access.
- Improve scanner quality, reliability, and abuse prevention.
Processors
CompliancePulse currently uses Render for hosting, Firebase/Firestore for lead and report storage, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for DNS, and GitHub for source code hosting.
